Therefore, we are always keen to get to know exceptional specialists and inspiring lecturers who are enthusiastic about bringing our participants to the next level of expertise in Rail and Transportation. Not only do we work with qualified trainers to deliver our training courses, but we also want to give experts from the transport sector the opportunity to professionalize their training skills, share their expertise and exchange ideas with participants worldwide.

We are looking for high professionals with experience in subject areas such as System Rail, Metro & Light Rail, Bus Transportation, Logistics, New Mobility, Smart Cities, Digitalization of Transport and others. 

If you meet the following requirements, we are looking for you!

• Interest in working for DB Rail Academy as a freelancer
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience within the transportation sector
• Experience in teaching, training or with instructional skills or willing to learn new methods of training
• Excellent English skills; other languages are desirable
• Interest in other cultures and in working in an international environment
